★ About · The Brand

Welcome to the
BooXverse™

Bookkeeping is invisible work, until it isn't done. We built a brand that makes the invisible impossible to miss: bold, comic-inked, and unapologetically human.

Why comics?

Because nobody remembers beige

Accounting brands compete to be the most forgettable thing you've ever seen. We went the other way. The BooXverse turns the people who do this work — bookkeepers, franchise owners, clients — into the heroes of the story, drawn in bold ink with halftone grain.

Underneath the ink: real process, real deadlines, real people. The comic is how we talk. Closed books are what we do.

The mascots

Meet Debi & Credi

Their names come from debit and credit, the two entries behind every dollar that moves through your business. We drew them as people because that's who actually keeps your books: humans, not software.

The Liberator

Sees the big picture and leads with empathy. Debi is the voice that explains your numbers in plain English and the reason our packets take five minutes to read, not fifty.

The Architect

Builds the systems and turns complexity into seamless execution. Credi is the reason your POS, payroll and bank feeds flow into the ledger without anyone retyping a thing.

The roster

Every hero in the BooXverse

One mission, a whole roster. Everyone who touches your books, and everyone whose books we touch, has a place in the story.

What BooXkeeping stands for

Four rules we keep

01

Clarity over jargon

If an owner can't read the packet in five minutes, we rewrite the packet, not the owner.

02

Deadlines are promises

A delivery date is a commitment with a date on it. 99.2% kept, and we publish the number.

03

Humans first

Software moves the data. People make the judgment calls and answer when you write.

04

Show the work

Every document is in BooXVault, start to finish. Trust is easier when you can watch.
